In 1993，Mr. Chen Muhui was appointed as factory manager of Xinxing Stainless Steel Products Factory by superior departments and turn the factory around. Achieving the profitability of 50 million RMB, and profit tax more than 3 million RMB
In 1994，the company achieved the revenue of 113 million RMB, twice the year revenue of 1993, at same time purchased an another Stainless Steel Products Factory in Xinxing
Guangdong Xinxing Three A Stainless Steel Products Grouping Co. Ltd. was founded.In Feb, 1996, Three A Group achieved great-leap-forward development to the first group company in Xinxing ---- Guangdong Xinxing Three A Stainless Steel Products Grouping Co. Ltd. was founded. In March, Xinxing Wool Knit Factory was merged with Three A Group.
In Feb, 1997, merged with Xinxing Agricultural Machinery Second Factory, yearly shipment of 1000 containers, revenue of 200 million RMB, foreign exchange earning 20 million USD

In 2004, "Three A" brand is recognized as Guangdong famous brand, at the same time it was registered in Hongkong, Korea, German, and the company was authorized as the name of Guangdong Three A Stainless Steel Products Grouping Co. Ltd. as Provincial Enterprise by Guangdong Trade and Industry Bureau. Chen Muhui, the Chairman and Managing Director of the company was authorized as an excellent private entrepreneur by government.
In 2006, the new head-office building was completed and put into use on the 10th anniversary celebration of Three A Group.
In 2007, Three A Group Stock Exchange Center was founded, the Three A Sanbao Avenue opened to traffic at Sanbao Temple in Gongcheng Town. Three A cutlery factory was founded in Three A industrial zone on the eastern of Xinxing.
13th May, 2011, Three A Kitchenware Flagship store opened.
A foudation for further expansion in the future.In May 2013, the brand planning department was established, the first step for Three A brand founded.
In June 2014, Three A Junshang kitchenware store opened in Dongguan city, a mark of Three A kitchenware officially launched in domestic market.
In August 2014, Three A brand experience center opened, the Three A Kitchenware Planning Ddepartment was renamed as Three A Kitchenware (China) Brand Operations Center, making a great forward to the independent road of self-brand.
In November 2014, Three A kitchenware entering into Jingdong flagship store, Three A kitchenware officially opened online sale.
In December 2014, Three A kitchenware completed the marketing in the southern, south-western and north-eastern area strategically, laying the foundation for further expansion of domestic market.
